Fuller Public Library

The Fuller Public Library recognizes the role it plays in the community as a safe meeting place. As a public library, the building is open to the general public and may lend themselves as a location of supervised or therapy visits.

Since the Library is a public place shared by many, the Library has a Patron Code of Conduct Policy that we require all to follow so that everyone can enjoy their time in the Library. No one person or group can infringe on the rights and privileges of others in the building. The policy guidelines have been developed to ensure that appropriate behavior is encouraged and enforced. The staff have the right and responsibility to ask any patrons not following the Patron Code of Conduct to leave the premises.

Visitations/therapy sessions must occur during hours when the Library is open. We request that those using the library for these sessions make prior arrangements with library staff. If a private space is needed reservations must be made and a meeting room agreement filled out and signed before the room is used. If not reserved ahead of time, meeting rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

If you need to cancel your reservation we ask that you either email director@fullerlibrary.info or call 603-464-3595 to let us know. Failure to do so will result in not being able to reserve the space again.

The Children’s Room is not available during sponsored activities, including Storytime, which is currently between the hours of 9:30am-12pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Supervisors/therapists must check in, prior to their visit, at the front desk, to receive and review a copy of our Code of Conduct Policy and to be directed to the most appropriate space for them.

If patrons are not going to be engaging in the following activities they should use a meeting room.

These are some of the activities to consider while at the Library:

  • Read a book together.
  • Putting a puzzle together with a child.
  • Draw or color at the art table.
  • Create with LEGOS or Lincoln Logs.
  • Play with cars, trucks, or dollhouses.(For materials for some of these activities, patrons will need to ask a staff member to get the materials)
  • Attend Storytime or another program.
