How To’s Day- Sourdough: From Beginning to End February 3 at 1:00 or 6:00 This How To's Day, Sam will walk you through the steps of how to make a sourdough starter, when to feed, how long it might need to be in room temperature and how to bake. Having made sourdough for many years, Sam will try to answer your sourdough questions. Bring a glass jar with a lid. Utterly Otters with Susie Spikol Thursday, March 26, at 6:00 Join naturalist Susie Spikol for a lively talk on the bounding, sliding, swimming river otter! We’ll spend some time getting to know this charismatic local mammal and learning how to recognize its tracks and sign. Please come in, or call the library at 603-464-3595 to sign up for this program.
Udder Nonsense: More Tales from Frost Heaves Tuesday, April 14 at 6:00pm Join Yankee humorist, Fred Marple as he reads from his new book, a collection of hilarious tales from the most underappreciated town in New Hampshire.
